Pasta Day

Each year chef members get together with the public and present Pasta Day. An annual tradition originating in Outouais, Québec in the early 90’s as a means to raise funds for local charity, the hosting branch and at the same time, allowing the public to meet their local chefs in an atmosphere of informality and friendship. The tradition has now been extended to many areas across Canada and we welcome to view their experiences.
