Youth Team Canada represents Canada in the Junior category at the International Culinary Olympics.  In Germany in 2004, the team came home with a gold and a silver, and finished 5th in the world overall. The aspiration is to achieve even greater heights and stand as one of the worlds best come fall of 2008. A new team will be formed soon and will begin the preperations all over again to compete at the 2012 Culinary Olympics.
