International Competition Fruit and Vegetable Carving of Meaux October 16th 2010 Meaux FRANCE
Foire d'automne de Meaux, The association GAT "Gout Avenir et Tradition”, and the A.I.S.F.L. Association for International Competition and Fruit Carving will present a competition in the host city of Meaux as part of an exhibition of the national catering industry.
This is an international competition for artistic fruit and vegetable carving. It will be held October 16, 2010, in Meaux, capital of Seine et Marne, which benefits from the proximity to Paris.
It will highlight the new trends in designs in the sculpture on fruits and vegetables. It is open to all trades (cooks, butchers, caterers, florists or any other person exercising this passion, whatever the country) and has as the goal to promote and enhance carving of fruits and vegetables.
